Last week, Yahoo is saying to pay, $30 million for a teen made application, Summly. This week, Techcrunch website quoting his own sources, said Facebook plans to $30 million (cash and stock) acquisition of the one-night stand website Bang With Friends to enter into the hot online dating industry.
Facebook was about to develop its own dating said, but now Facebook decides to acquisition with Bang With Friends. Social media analysts believe that future direction of social media is heading towards, Tinder collection, Crazy Date and Grouper dating application. Facebook believes to walk in to that path, acquisition with dating service company helps. News further says, Facebook intends to lunch at the end of a product called "Wood" dating application.
TechCrunch also revealed that Yahoo also presented a competitive offer with Bang With Friends, but Yahoo's offer was refused, because of Yahoo's "forbidden to work from home" policy.
In social media news, rumors begin that search engine giant Google, Facebook, Yahoo now focusing on online dating sites too. They all are building there own product to enter dating world.
