According to Insure.com, who conducted this report says, this is a customer survey for 20 large companies by market share (category wise Life Insurance, Car Insurance, Health Insurance and other insurance). More than 5,600 insurance customers were participated. Number of metric-questions* about their levels of satisfaction with their insurers were asked and scored, then averaged and totaled.)
Example of metric questions: Customers who had claims in the last three years were asked to rate their satisfaction with how well the company handled their claim. Customers were asked to rate their satisfaction with the company’s customer service. Customers were asked if they’re satisfied with the price they pay for their coverage.
Overall metric points: claims processing, customer service, value for price paid, percentage of customer who will renew, percentage of customer who would recommended.
